Morning Practice
We begin our day mindfully – with meditation and a dynamic yoga class (approx. 1.5–2 hours) that will guide you into the day feeling powerful and centered.
Afternoon Practice
In the afternoon, we devote ourselves to the gentler side of the practice: – Breathing techniques – Meditative sequences – Deep stretches – Inspiration from Tibetan yoga and Yin yoga In these sessions, we will also delve into yogic and philosophical themes – together we will explore what it means to live from the heart.
Evening Meditation
After dinner, we offer a mindful end to the day with guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, or—on select evenings—sound healing or free time.
Leisure time
Between yoga sessions, you’ll have space for yourself. To retreat. To feel. To Be. A massage or an Emotion Code session is an extra possibility to book for yourself additional to the retreat price – choose intuitively what supports you.
The expansive natural grounds invite you to read, relax, or take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool. We create a space where you can fully connect with yourself. Times of silence and mindful eating accompany us.
Activities
Sports enthusiasts will find beautiful hiking trails right outside the door – with far-reaching views over the hills of the Algarve. Those who feel the call of the sea can visit the nearby beaches on the south or west coast – for swimming, sunbathing, or surfing.
Meals
You will be lovingly spoiled with culinary delights: A sumptuous brunch in the morning and a fine vegetarian dinner await you daily. One afternoon or evening will be free for your own exploration — space for whatever you want to discover in the surroundings.
