My path has been guided by curiosity, self inquiry, and a deep longing to know my true Self — and the connection between body, mind, and emotions.
Over the years, different forms of yoga have become important companions. Jnana Yoga (self-inquiry) forms the foundation of my practice, supported by both active yoga traditions and the softer, restorative, and mindful qualities of Yin Yoga. Together, they help me stay balanced and grounded.
In recent years, my focus has expanded toward the wisdom of the five elements and the study of emotions — learning how emotions can transform into embodied wisdom. This exploration is deeply inspired by mindfulness and Buddhist psychology, which continue to shape both my personal path and my teaching.
All of this knowledge flows into all the sessions I offer including the Emotion Code sessions and massage work I offer. My work is not only based on study, but on lived experience. I share only what I have truly integrated within myself.
Authenticity is essential to me. I believe healing and self-discovery unfold most naturally through honesty, presence, and a touch of humor. Because sometimes, laughter really is the best medicine.

Through many years of experience organizing retreats, participating in retreats (since 1996), and offering retreats (since 2013), Michael (my husband) and I have been cultivating a heartfelt vision. Since 2017, we have dedicated ourselves to creating our heart project: a supportive and authentic retreat space for deepening practices and meaningful connection.
Surrounded by nature, embraced by the mountain, and blessed with expansive views, Bodhi Bhavan offers an atmosphere that is both grounding and freeing. The beauty of the surroundings gently opens a doorway into the heart, inviting presence, stillness, and inner expansion.
Since 2018, I have been offering my retreats here every year, and Bodhi Bhavan has also become a home for many wonderful teachers who come to share their wisdom, practices, and gifts with others.
We are deeply grateful for the beautiful connection of all the practitioners and teachers who have blessed this place with their presence over the years. Bodhi Bhavan continues to grow and flower, and through that flowering, it supports each person who arrives here in its own unique and beautiful way.
