In an Emotion Code session, we work with unresolved emotions from the past that may still be influencing us today. These emotions often operate in the unconscious mind as implicit memories, subtly shaping our reactions, choices, and behavior — sometimes in ways we would not consciously choose for ourselves or our relationships.
Unresolved emotions can originate from early life, when we did not yet have the capacity to process certain feelings, or later in life during overwhelming situations where emotions could not be fully felt or expressed. When this happens, the emotion may remain stored in the body as energetic tension. Over time, this can contribute to emotional patterns, repetitive thoughts, or even physical discomfort.

Through gentle muscle testing, we communicate with the body’s innate intelligence — accessing information the body holds, even when it is difficult to put into words. One by one, these stored emotions can be identified, acknowledged, and released. This allows us to gain a clearer perspective, free from emotional entanglement or automatic reactions that no longer serve us.
Often, emotions are stored in clusters or “bundles,” creating blind spots in our awareness. In a session, these layers are gently separated and addressed step by step. What once felt overwhelming or too much to face can become approachable, manageable, and deeply relieving.

Many people report feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, or emotionally relieved after a session. Some notice improved sleep or a greater sense of inner peace. While emotional release does not always immediately resolve physical symptoms, it can soften the emotional charge connected to a condition and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Dr. Bradley Nelson, the founder of the Emotion Code, describes this work as removing energetic building blocks that may contribute to illness or imbalance — a perspective also echoed by Louise Hay, who emphasized the connection between emotions and physical health.
Emotion Code sessions are not a replacement for medical treatment, but they can gently support the body by releasing held emotional energy, allowing it to better access its own healing capacity.
You do not need to have a specific illness to benefit from the Emotion Code. We all carry emotional patterns that shape how we live, relate, and respond to life. Bringing awareness to these patterns can be a powerful step toward greater clarity, freedom, and self-understanding.
