My passion is to support others on their journey of self-discovery, healing, and balance. Through yoga classes, meditation, mindfulness, bodywork and emotion code sessions.
I bring together practices that have deeply shaped my own life — always with authenticity, care, focus on freeing you with a touch of lightness.

Yoga is an invitation to slow down, listen, and reconnect — beyond effort or performance. Through weekly classes and private sessions, the practice balances movement and stillness, softness and strength, guided with care and awareness. Rooted in classical Hatha Yoga and informed by an understanding of the nervous system, fascia, and subtle energetic flow, these practices meet you where you are and invite you to explore yoga in a way that feels supportive, personal, and deeply grounding.
Through gentle touch and attentive presence, bodywork offers a space to reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Through attentive touch and presence, space is created for tension to soften, awareness to deepen, and the body’s natural self-healing intelligence to awaken. Rather than fixing or forcing, these sessions gently support balance, regulation, and reconnection — offering a place to arrive more fully in yourself, in your body, and in the moment.


Sometimes patterns repeat, emotions rise before we can name them, or the body speaks through tension and discomfort. Emotion Code® sessions offer a gentle way to explore and release unresolved emotional energy that may be influencing your inner world, your relationships, or your sense of well-being. Working with the body’s innate intelligence, these sessions invite clarity, lightness, and reconnection — not by fixing what feels wrong, but by meeting what is ready to be seen, felt, and released, at your own pace.
Yoga with Sita is heartfelt, authentic, and deeply attuned to what is needed in the moment. In stressful phases of life, her teaching quiets the mind and brings me back to myself. The Monchique retreat is a true highlight — a place where I return home mentally restored, deeply touched, and clear.
